Nuclear Knock Off
A collaborative reasearch project with Juliette Pénélope Pépin drawing parallels between the contemporary nuclear condition, and the idea of the ‘Knock-off’ to explore economies of value and shimmers of language, and question the relationships between text and image. Compiled over a period of weeks, the work was assembled dialogically, using a call-and-response method that allowed new connections to be made.
Reactorknockoff hosts a growing assemblage of research imagery and writing, collaged together in an endless multi-directional scroll.
A dutone risograph posterzine showcases a two-voice text written that combines research diaries and experimental writing. It was performed as an online reading in October 2024.
Made with support from residency 11:11 in Summer 2024.
